Digital Policy Forum

The Digital Policy Forum emerged from the CITI Fellows Program initiated by Eli M. Noam and Ben Compaine at the Columbia Institute for Tele-Information (CITI) in 2012. Over more than 12 years, CITI Fellows have engaged with current and emerging issues in information and communication policy (see https://business.columbia.edu/citi/people/citifellows).

The Quello Center at Michigan State University is honored to host the continuation of the program, renamed Digital Policy Forum. Fellows meet once a month online. Meetings are conducted under the Chatham House Rule to encourage inclusive and open dialogue

Participants are a select group of leading academic and nonprofit researchers, along with government and corporate policy makers. Speakers present forward looking content, that shows new data, raises impending issues, and promotes discussion among the group.
