Scott is President and Senior Fellow at the Technology Policy Institute in Washington, D.C. He was the economics director for the FCC’s National Broadband Plan, served as an economist for The World Bank, and as a resident scholar at the American Enterprise Institute.
Johannes is a Professor and Director of the James H. and Mary B. Quello Center for Media and Information Policy at Michigan State University. He is a frequent contributor to PURC training programs and internationally known as a leading scholar in telecommunications policy and regulation.
Mark will interview Scott and Johannes beginning at 10:00 am US Eastern Time on Thursday, June 25. Asking them questions for 20 minutes and then we will take written questions from all of you for 20 minutes. The last 20 minutes will be for you to share your experiences and get input from your colleagues around the world.
